post2 “At first I was hesitant. Lots of excuses running through my mind, time, cost, not fit enough, not the right time to do it etc. I was the heaviest I’d ever been. I have a chronic problem with my back which will progressively get worse, surgery won’t help, my mobility is often impaired.
