“At first I was hesitant. Lots of excuses running through my mind, time, cost, not fit enough, not the right time to do it etc. I was the heaviest I’d ever been. I have a chronic problem with my back which will progressively get worse, surgery won’t help, my mobility is often impaired. I wanted to lose weight and improve strength and fitness so during flare ups I can cope better and recover faster. Recently I had a flare up, I recovered quicker than before and I was back at work in 3 weeks! That for me is a massive achievement. I am fitter now than I have been for years. Exercises are altered to suit my ability due to my condition. This support gives me confidence to have a go and succeed and continue!
