post2 "At first I was hesitant. Lots of excuses running through my mind, time, cost, not fit enough, not the right time to do it etc. I was the heaviest I’d ever been. I have a chronic problem with my back which will progressively get worse, surgery won’t help, my mobility is often impaired. After getting me all the way through my pregnancy with BP Group training, I'm back at 7 weeks post partum for Bumps, babies and beyond sessions to get to grips with this new mum bod! post2 “ We are  67 and 70 years of age respectively, and have been training with Jake Cook since 2014. We decided to take action in order to lose weight and improve our general all round fitness in readiness for our daughters wedding. Neither of us had ever been involved in any form of physical training up to that point in time. Therefore we realised that we would need a high standard of professional input. Initially we began training twice a week. However we enjoyed the whole experience sufficiently and were achieving our desired goals, that we increased  our training to three times per week. Throughout the training we have been professionally supported  which has enabled us to make continual progress and has proved to be an extremely enjoyable and beneficial part of our lives.
