Each week will focus on a specific phase of training, during a specific week each online session will offer a different daily workout, tailored to help you progress your fitness in a monthly cycle. This means your body will be continuously challenged and will respond by improving and changing. We advise that you perform at least 3 different online sessions a week for each phase.
PHASE 1 – ENDURANCE At the beginning of each month we will kick off with a foundational week , designed to keep you moving the entire session, so between sets there will be little or no rest, keeping your heart rate at a constant pace. Endurance training keeps your heart, lungs and circulatory system healthy while also improving your overall fitness. This will enable you to see how your overall fitness is progressing month on month.
PHASE 2 – STRENGTH AND AGILITY This week will see you improve your muscular strength and power, whilst also challenging your body’s ability to move smoothly in all planes through dynamic movements.
PHASE 3 – INTENSITY Week three sees us alternating between high-intensity exercises and short rest periods, this training teaches your body how to efficiently use its energy and oxygen to burn more calories.
PHASE 4 – PEAK WEEK – the final week in the month combines the three previous phases. This week will bring improved stamina, enhanced speed and increased strength, this week will allow you to test your fitness limits.
BONUS PHASE – In months where there are additional weeks or days we add in some bonus sessions to keep your body guessing. These sessions will be fun and energetic.
