FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At Body planners we are focussed on our clients, therefore all our sessions are with Personal trainers either one to one or in group training sessions at pre arranged times. We also have bookable pilates sessions.

When you work alongside a trainer you become more accountable, as you know someone will be waiting for you. Your trainer will prepare a bespoke session for you if one to one or modify exercises (if required) during a group session. They will be there for your motivation but also safety ensuring you are using correct technique, at the right tempo and sets/reps for your goals and ability. They will push you and help you progress with regular monitoring and assessments.

We educate you on how to plan and track your calories and macro nutrients. We give nutritional advice and provide tasty and healthy recipes that can be prepared in advance to keep you on track.

We have trainers qualified in pre and post natal training and offer a bespoke training offer through our Bumps, babies and beyond sessions which includes:

Pre natal preparation to strengthen your body and maintain your fitness. Optimise postnatal recovery to regain strength and confidence.

We support your safe return to fitness and build a strong foundation. The sessions include separate pilates, HIIT and weight training.

We offer a trial week, so you can sample the sessions without committing to a full month. After the week if you would like to sign up we roll the week into your first months payment.
