Prepare before you go to bed and have a healthy breakfast waiting for you in the fridge.
Ingredients:
30 grams rolled porridge oats
60 grams low fat greek yoghurt
120 ml of unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder ( we use Optimum Nutrition Gold standard)
Fresh blueberries and almonds
Method:
Blend your milk, protein powder and yoghurt together, fold in your oats so well mixed.
Pour into your jar and fill half way add some berries and then continue to fill. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
In the morning take out of fridge and give a good stir , add berries and almonds as a topping and drizzle maple syrup if you would like it a little sweeter.
