This is a great breakfast smoothie to kick start your day.
INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)
20 grams of oats
50 grams fat free greek yoghurt
30 grams of vanilla whey protein powder (we use Optimum Nutrition gold standard)
1 frozen banana
200ml unsweetened almond milk
Cut the banana into slices and then freeze for 1-2 hours or overnight for the morning.
Once frozen, combine the banana with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smoothie. Serve in a glass.
