This is a perfect Pre workout breakfast with a great balance of 30g of Carbs and 30g of Protein.

Ingredients:
• Bread sliced (2 small slices or one large)
• 1 Egg
• 4 Tbsp Egg whites
• Half Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
• 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• Coconut Oil for frying

Method:
Whisk the egg, egg whites and protein powder together in a bowl until well blended and soak the bread in the mixture, then fry in coconut oil until golden, flip over and again fry till golden.

Remove from the pan and slice diagonally, stack the slices and top with a few blobs of greek yoghurt, add a few berries and a drizzle of maple syrup. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top.
