A healthy alternative for a luxurious dessert.
75 grams Avocado diced small
30 grams Chocolate whey protein (we use gold standard)
1 Tablespoon coconut oil (melted in microwave)
1 Tablespoon Cacao powder
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons Greek yoghurt
20 gram s raspberries ( to serve)
10 grams blueberries ( to serve)
10 grams dark chocolate ( at least 90% cocoa)
Combine the diced avocado, the whey protein, cacao powder, melted coconut oil, honey and 1 Tablespoon of greek yoghurt in a food processor until smooth and silky. empty and scrape contents into a sundae glass. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes for coconut oil to set. When ready to serve scoop 1 Tablespoon of greek yoghurt over the mousse, top with raspberries and blueberries, then finely grate chocolate over the top.
