This incredible indulgent treat is full of rich chocolate and has a fudgey texture. It tastes sinful but it is surprisingly low in calories!

Ingredients: makes 2 souffles

1 egg beaten
1 banana mashed
2 heaped Tablespoons Cacao
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
Pinch nutmeg
1 Teaspoon cinnamon


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, spoon into two slightly greased ramekins
Oven cook 15 mins at 180 degrees Celsius
Top with Raspberries and chopped nuts
