30 Grams Whey Protein powder (vanilla)
100 ml Almond milk
100 Grams frozen berries
Aprox 4 ice cubes
Place all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Pour the smoothie into a glass or you can pour into a bowl and add toppings such as oats, granola, nut butters, or fresh berries.
