This is a very easy to make no bake recipe from our friend They are chewy and packed full of healthy ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and chia seeds. They are gluten free, nut free and vegan.

Ingredients: makes aprox 10 bars

85 grams Tahini

110 grams of oats

50 grams dried chopped prunes or dates

50 grams pumpkin seeds

100 grams honey or syrup

2 Tablespoons Flax seed

2 Tablespoons chia seed

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 teaspoon cinnamon

sea salt pinch

30 grams dark chocolate

1 teaspoon coconut oil.


Take all the ingredients except the chocolate and coconut oil, mix together in a large bowl, line a baking tray with parchment and spread the mixture out onto a baking tray to bar depth, melt the chocolate and coconut oil and mix together then pour over top of mixture. Put in the fridge to set approx 30 mins and then when set cut into bars and store in fridge.
