A really tasty smoothie for either pre or post workout.
INGREDIENTS:
Half a banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
200 ml of oat milk
Dessertspoon smooth peanut butter
Dessertspoon honey
20 grams ( 1 scoop) Vanilla whey protein powder ( we use Optimum Nutrition gold standard)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
