Absolutely it is, with 4 months of the year left to go you still have 122 days to end 2020 fitter and healthier, Imagine those 122 days are the runway and take off – you’re gonna have to pick up some speed to get that fat ass plane off the ground and fly!! If you decelerate now and give up then for the first half of 2021 you’ll be only just taxiing while those of us who didn’t give in to this weird year are flying – why not come fly with us!

The Covid 19 pandemic as made a lot of people think about their life, their work, their health and wellbeing, their purpose, their family and relationships.

We tend to think in specific blocks of time. Days and weeks, months and years, Christmas and New Year. Our lives are seemingly, planned and remembered around arbitrary days and dates. How many times have you said to yourself, or someone else, that “the diet starts Monday”

Waiting for the “perfect time” to act –is the single-biggest reason why so many of us never achieve that life-changing impact on our health, happiness and well-being.

The best time to start working towards your goal was yesterday, because you’d have already taken that first step, which is always the hardest. So that means the next best time is Today!
