Start your weekend off with our Banana Oatmeal Pancakes they are delicious healthy pancakes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. There’s zero butter or oil in these too. These light and fluffy pancakes will keep you full and satisfied. They are a true weekend breakfast favourite, you really won’t go back to another boring breakfast again!
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Banana ripe
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Additional toppings options:
- Fresh Berries
- Real Maple Syrup
- Chocolate Chips
- Fresh Banana Slices
- Sliced Almonds
Instructions

In a blender/nutribullet, pour in the 2 eggs, egg white, banana, maple syrup, vanilla , rolled oats, baking powder, salt and almond milk.

Blend until you have a smooth batter.

Heat frying pan or pancake skillet pan over a medium heat. Once at temperature, place coconut oil or butter in pan. Pour pancake batter into pan in round circles.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Drizzle with maple syrup and toppings of choice.
