A low fat tasty snack that can be eaten at breakfast or during the day.

Ingredients: makes 9 bars

125 grams fresh strawberries chopped

125 grams blueberries

500 ml vanilla fat free yoghurt

500ml strawberry fat free yoghurt

Handful granola

Method:

Spread evenly  both types of yoghurt onto a waxed paper on top of a baking tray.

Sprinkle with strawberries, blue berries and granola. Place into freezer until set for aprox 4 hours. Remove and cut into bars. Store in freezer.
