A healthy alternative to an Indian takeaway low carb, low fat and at only 204 calories for the main dish. A spicy treat which can be paired with jasmine rice or if you want to keep carbs really low cauliflower rice.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 4

600 grams  Chicken Breast

(cut into bite-sized strips)

4 Garlic Cloves (paste/ finely minced)

1 Tablespoon Ginger (paste/ finely minced)

2 teaspoons Cumin seeds

2 teaspoons Coriander Seeds

Chilli (paste or powder) to taste

4 Tablespoons Fresh Thick Greek Bio-Yoghurt

2 teaspoons Garam Masala

2 Handfuls of Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

1 teaspoons Olive Oil

Salt (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pan, add the olive oil and then add the Cumin seeds. Once it starts spitting and changes colour, add the coriander seeds. Fry for a further 30 seconds, then add the garlic and chicken pieces.

Once the chicken is half cooked,add the garam masala, chilli, ginger and salt and dry sauté for a minute.

Add the yoghurt and the fresh coriander and cook for a further 6-8 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with Jasmine rice and chappati.
