Easy to make deliciously indulgent dessert without the calories!

INGREDIENTS: (makes 2)

Half a banana

Third of cup rolled oats

Half teaspoon baking powder

1 Tablespoon Cacao

1 Tablespoon of chocolate whey protein powder

Third of cup chocolate oat milk

Handful of chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all of the ingredients (apart from chocolate chips) in a nutri-bullet or equivalent to make a smooth batter. Fold in the chocolate chipsand then pour the batter into two small oven proof dishes ( ramakins). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, serve with fresh raspberries on top, allow to cool and serve warm.
