Fancy something a bit different on the pancake front? These  pancakes are a healthy alternative for a chocolately treat.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of oats
2 eggs
2egg whites
Tsp vanilla extract
2 bananas
2 tbsp caco powder
2tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp yoghurt
Fruit compote
2 cups  mixed berries
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon water

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Heat the oil in a small pan. Pour a small amount of batter in the pan around 10 cm in diameter. Brown on both sides.

In a sauce pan, reheat the berries in the water and honey until the fruit has softened. Stack the pancakes and pour the compote over.
Serve with a scoop of yogurt.
