This is a super smooth smoothie for morning energy, by soaking the oats overnight with the milk it gives you a really creamy drink.

INGREDIENTS: makes one smoothie

1/4 cup of rolled oats

1 cup  unsweetened almond milk

3 teaspoons peanut butter

1 banana sliced and frozen

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the oats and the almond milk to a small container and soak overnight in the fridge. In the morning add the remaining ingredients and the oats/milk to the blender or nutri-bullet and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
