This breakfast favourite is easy to make, delicious and packed with protein to keep you full for longer.


3 x free range eggs

30 grams smoked salmon

1 wholemeal bagel

butter to spread

Tablespoon Rapeseed oil and a  knob of butter to cook


Slice your bagel in half and place in toaster or under grill. Crack open 3 eggs and beat together in a bowl, grind black pepper.

Put a frying pan onto a medium heat and melt the butter with the oil in the pan. Pour in the eggs and keep stirring with a fork so it does not stick to the bottom of pan. Stop stirring with eggs are getting solid but not set. Butter bagels and place eggs on top take strands of smoked salmon and lay on top of eggs. Grind black pepper on top.
